摘要:
胰岛素分泌受损的关键因素是胰岛β细胞去分化和转分化。慢性高血糖、脂毒性、氧化应激和内质网应激、炎症和缺氧导致胰岛β细胞去分化和转分化。深入了解β细胞去分化及转分化的机制有利于改善胰岛β细胞功能和增加β细胞数量,为糖尿病的治疗提供新思路。
