摘要:
进展期胃癌常发生主动脉旁淋巴结转移。在临床研究JCOG9501否定主动脉旁淋巴结清扫术的预防性治 疗的意义后，其对进展期胃癌患者的益处尚存争议。研究发现，主动脉旁淋巴结清扫术更适用于可手术治疗的 高度怀疑主动脉旁淋巴结转移的进展期胃癌患者。而联合新辅助化疗、术后放化疗等综合治疗方式，主动脉旁 淋巴结清扫术体现了对患者更多的生存益处。相信随着多中心、多样本研究的开展，主动脉旁淋巴结清扫术的 优势会进一步体现。
