摘要:
根据世界卫生组织的数据,胃癌是世界上第三大癌症相关死亡原因。尽管诊断和治疗技术日新月异,大多数胃癌病例都是进展期确诊的,治疗效果欠佳,所以胃癌的早期诊断、早期治疗对于改善胃癌患者的预后非常关键。蛋白质组学正高速发展,研究显示在基因、细胞、组织、个人和群体水平上表达的人类蛋白质组存在巨大复杂性。近年来,研究者利用先进的蛋白质组学技术,将胃癌患者和健康对照者的样本进行差异分析,寻找新的、可靠的肿瘤标志物,对胃癌的早期诊断、预后预测和靶向治疗具有重要意义。
