摘要:
目的:探讨影响转移性去势抵抗性前列腺癌(mCRPC)患者多西他赛化疗后总生存期(OS)的预后因素。方法:选择性回顾性分析96例接受多西他赛化疗的mCRPC患者的临床资料,对相关的临床因素分别进行单因素及多因素分析。结果:96例患者中63例死亡,全组患者中位OS为26.2个月。单因素分析显示,ECOG评分、基线前列腺特异抗原(PSA)值、骨转移、基线碱性磷酸酶(ALP)浓度及化疗周期数与化疗后OS相关(P<0.05)。多因素分析显示,基线ALP浓度≥120IU/L、基线PSA值≥60ng/mL、化疗周期数<10是较短OS的独立预后因素(P<0.05)。结论:多西他赛治疗mCRPC可以获得较好的总生存率,化疗前基线ALP浓度、基线PSA值及化疗周期数是影响预后的独立因素。更多还原
