摘要:
目的：探讨前列腺小细胞癌的临床特点及诊疗方法。方法：回顾分析6例确诊为前列腺小细胞癌患者的临床病理资料。年龄65~80岁，平均72.3岁；4例血清PSA高于正常值，2例在正常范围；6例前列腺整体触及均韧；5例均有不同程度的排尿困难症状。4例行前列腺穿刺活检术，2例行经尿道前列腺电切术；6例采用顺铂联合依托泊苷方案化疗，其中3例给予联合放疗。结果：6例术后病理提示前列腺小细胞癌。随访4~10个月，中位生存期6.2个月。结论：对怀疑前列腺癌的患者提倡行mpMRI检查并尽早行前列腺穿刺活检术，对确诊为前列腺小细胞癌的早期患者建议行根治性前列腺切除术，对晚期患者可行姑息性手术以提高其生存质量。根据患者实际情况给予放化疗，使患者获益最大化。
