摘要:

目的：探讨肾黏液样小管状和梭形细胞癌(MTSCCa)的临床及病理特点，以提高对MTSCCa的认识。方法：对5例确诊的MTSCCa患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。其中，男2例，女3例，体检发现肾脏占位病变4例，肉眼血尿伴患侧输尿管梗阻1例。结果：MTSCCa患者临床无特殊表现，多于体检时发现，或仅伴有腰痛、血尿。B超示肾实质中低回声，内可探及少量血流。CT示肾囊实性肿块，增强后可见不均匀延迟强化。5例患者手术方式均为根治性肾切除术且顺利完成，术后病理示梭形及小管状排列的细胞，间质富含淡染黏液，免疫组化结果多样。随访5例患者均未见肿瘤复发或转移。结论：MTSCCa是罕见的低度恶性肾肿瘤类型，手术切除为首选治疗方法，多数病人预后较好。
