摘要:: ?目的: 观察辛伐他汀对代谢综合征患者血清内脂素水平的影响。方法: 选取56例新诊断的代谢综合征患者，随机分为对照组和辛伐他汀治疗组，每组28例。对照组给予运动锻炼及常规治疗，辛伐他汀治疗组在常规治疗的基础上，给予辛伐他汀20 mg/d，治疗12周，检测治疗前后血清内脂素水平的变化。结果: 治疗12周后，两组的甘油三酯(TG)、血清胆固醇 (TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-c)和胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)均明显下降，而辛伐他汀治疗组降低更明显，与对照组相比，差异有统计学意义。另外，与治疗前相比，治疗组血清内脂素水平明显下降；而对照组的血清内脂素水平在治疗前后无明显变化。相关性分析表明，血清内脂素水平与HOMA-IR、TC和LDL-c呈正相关。结论： 辛伐他汀在改善血脂和胰岛素抵抗的同时，还具有一定程度地降低血清内脂素的作用。
