摘要:
目的:探讨西藏高海拔地区藏民冠状动脉病变特点及介入治疗的临床应用。方法:回顾35例藏民患者冠状动脉造影资料，使用计算机辅助分析软件分析其冠状动脉特点，比较16例接受介入治疗的藏民患者与平原地区患者在冠脉病变、支架选择方面的差异以及临床疗效。结果:西藏高海拔地区藏民患者冠状动脉近端（非狭窄段）内径较粗大，非冠心病组前降支（LAD）近端平均直径大于冠心病组（P<0.05）；置入26个冠脉内支架平均直径为（3.25±0.46）mm，支架平均长度为（18.32±4.28）mm。结论:西藏高海拔地区藏民冠状动脉内径较粗大，冠心病患者置入冠脉内支架平均直径较大，长支架少，理论上再狭窄率低，临床疗效良好。
