摘要:
  目的：应用锥形束CT测量恒牙期安氏I类单侧后牙正锁牙合患者矫治前后髁突形态变化，并与个别正常牙合受试者髁突形态进行对比，为早期矫治提供依据。方法：选择恒牙期单侧后牙正锁牙合患者24例作为试验组，选择同期个别正常牙合30例作为对照组，拍摄颅颌面锥形束CT影像，使用Invivo 5软件对重建影像进行比较，并对其治疗前后髁突变化进行分析。结果：（1）试验组患者患侧髁突的体积、表面积、髁突高度明显大于健侧（P<0.05）；而对照组差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。（2）后牙正锁牙合解除后，其不对称指数与矫治前相比，差异有缩小的趋势，但无统计学差异（P>0.05）。结论：同个别正常牙合相比，恒牙期单侧后牙正锁牙合患者两侧髁突形态存在明显差异，而矫治前后其不对称性无明显变化。
