摘要:
?目的：探讨医学生进食障碍心理社会危险因素。方法：随机整群抽取天津医科大学664名本科生为调查对象，采用SCOFF量表筛查进食障碍倾向者，进食障碍量表、体像障碍量表、抑郁自评量表、贝克焦虑自评量表分析心理社会危险因素。结果：医学生进食障碍倾向检出率为39.8%；研究组在认识偏差、期望偏差、焦虑情绪、进食障碍量表总分、瘦身倾向因子、不满体型因子、暴食因子、低自尊因子、内感受性缺陷因子均比对照组得分高（P=0.000）；母亲受教育程度、对有关瘦身媒体宣传的关注、焦虑情绪、瘦身倾向是进食障碍倾向的独立危险因素。结论：进食障碍倾向在女医学生中发生率较高，与多项心理社会因素密切相关，应有针对性地开展心理干预和预防。
