摘要:
目的：归纳分析SAPHO综合征临床特点。方法：回顾分析15例患者临床资料、实验室检查、影像学检查、治疗及转归。结果 ：15例患者中女性10例，男性5例，发病年龄26～65岁。骨关节损害表现为前胸壁受累14例，脊柱受累9例，骶髂关节受累7例，外周关节受累5例。除2例患者无皮疹外，其余13例患者均出现掌跖脓疱病。15例患者均给予非甾体抗炎药（NSAIDs），10例加用糖皮质激素及抗风湿药物（DMARDs），3例应用肿瘤坏死因子-α (TNF-α) 拮抗剂。结论：SAPHO综合征临床并非少见，早诊断、早治疗，多数病情可得到有效缓解。
