摘要:
 目的:研究生长发育高峰期患者快速扩弓前后牙齿及牙槽骨的变化。方法 选取生长发育高峰期上颌牙弓狭窄患者30例,扩弓治疗前后分别进行锥体束CT扫描重建,对上颌牙及牙槽骨进行测量并做统计学分析。结果:快速扩弓后牙弓宽度明显增加(P<0.05),从尖牙到第一磨牙根冠宽度增加量的比值依次为0.97、0.58、0.43、0.40。颊侧牙槽骨厚度减小,腭侧牙槽骨厚度增加,变化量均有统计学差异(P<0.05)。牙槽骨总宽度不变(P>0.05)。牙槽骨牙及牙槽骨均发生颊倾,颊侧牙槽骨倾斜度大于腭侧,两侧牙槽骨与牙的颊倾度呈正相关。结论:快速扩弓后牙槽骨随牙的颊倾发生适应性变化,在适应征范围内扩弓是安全的。
Abstract:
 Objective: To evaluate the effect of rapid maxillary expansion on toothmovement and alveolar alteration of adolescents. Methods: Thirty patients aged11 to 13years presenting dental arch stenosis with adolescence growth spurt were included -in the study. The arches were scanned before and after Hyrax expansion by cone beamcomputed tomography and three-dimensional images were reconstructed. Themorphologi-cal data of maxillary tooth and alveolar were measured and analyzed. Results: A significant increase in interdental transverse was found after rapid maxillary expansion (P<0.05). The radio of the increased root width of crown(比较对象?) was 0.97, 0.58,0.43,0.40. The thickness of buccal alveolar decreases, and the opposite result was found in palatal alveolar. Significant difference were found in both (P<0.05). Alveolar total width remained the same (P>0.05). Tooth and alveolar bone were both tipped with buccal bone tipped more than palatal bone. Inclinations of both the buccal bone and the palatal bone were positively correlated with the tooth. Conclusion: Alveolar bone tends to adapt to tooth and the dental arch would expand after the treatment of rapid maxillary expansion. And moderate expansion is safe and effective.
