摘要:
目的:研究白藜芦醇对BJAB细胞的体外增殖抑制作用,探讨其对细胞周期的影响。方法:分别应用浓度为5、10、25、50、75、100 μg/mL的白藜芦醇作用于BJAB细胞,在24、48、72 h用MTT法检测细胞抑制率,应用流式细胞术分析白藜芦醇对BJAB细胞周期的影响。结果:白藜芦醇可明显抑制BJAB细胞体外增殖,其抑制细胞增殖的效果与药物浓度及作用时间呈正相关,其作用后的BJAB细胞主要表现为G1期阻滞,S、G2期细胞减少。结论:白藜芦醇对BJAB细胞的体外增殖具有明显的抑制作用,其干扰BJAB细胞的细胞周期,产生G1期阻滞,从而抑制细胞增殖。
Abstract:
 Objective: To confirm the inhibiting effects of resveratrol (Res) on the proliferation of lymphoma BJAB cell in vitro, and to analyze the variation of the cell cycle of BJAB cell influenced by Res. Methods: Different densities of Res were used applied to BJAB cells, and the morphologic changes of BJAB cell at 24,48,72h were observed.The MTT assay was used to observe the inhibiting effects of Res on the cell proliferation. The flow cytometry (FCM) was adopted to investigate the influence of Res on the cell cycle. Results: Conspicuous inhibiting effects of Res on the proliferation of BJAB cell were observed. The effect was positively correlated with the density and action time of Res. The cell cycle of BJAB cell changed, it showed the retardant of stage G1, and the quantity of cell decreased in stage S and G2. Conclusion: Res can significantly inhibit the proliferation of BJAB cell caused by retardant of stage G1 and the cell cycle of BJAB cell is intervened by res.
