摘要:

目的: 对采自中国南海海域海绵Jaspis stellifera中异臭椿型萜类成分进行分离鉴定。方法: 采用硅胶柱色谱、凝胶柱色谱和HPLC制备色谱和重结晶方法分离纯化得到单体化合物,采用有机波谱方法鉴定化合物结构。结果: Jaspis stellifera氯仿层萃取物中分离得到5个化合物,分别鉴定为22,23-dihydrostellettin B (1)、isogeoditin A (2)、stellettin A (3)、stellettin B (4)、jaspolide B (5)。结论:化合物12为首次从该属海绵中分离得到的异臭椿型萜类成分。

Abstract:
 Objective: To study the isomalabaricane-type terpenoids from the South China Sea marine sponge Jaspis stellifera. Methods: Chemical constituents were isolated and purified by repeated column chromatography (silica gel, Toyopearl HW-40C and preparative HPLC). Their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectral data analysis. Results: Five compounds (1-5) were obtained and their structures were identified by comparing their spectral data with literature values as follows: 22,23-dihydrostellettin B (1), isogeoditin A (2), stellettin A (3), stellettin B (4), jaspolide B (5). Conclusion: Compound 1 and 2 can be isolated for the first time from the genus Jaspis.
