摘要:: 目的：了解天津市保税区外来务工人员麻疹、风疹免疫水平以及相关知识知晓状况，为区域疾病防控提供依据。方法：采用随机抽样方法在天津保税区外来务工人员集中住宿的蓝领公寓抽取294人进行问卷调查并采血检测抗体。结果：保税区外来务工人员麻疹、风疹血清抗体阳性率分别为95.92% 和 96.6%，麻疹、风疹血清几何平均滴度倒数（GMRT）分别为1161.7和112.3，不同性别间麻疹GMRT的差异具有统计学意义（t=-2.53，P=0.01）。麻疹保护性抗体（滴度>1:800）阳性率为64.97%。同时该人群相关知识水平较低，卫生习惯不良。结论：在该地区开展成人麻疹疫苗免疫接种和相关知识宣传对预防麻疹暴发有重要意义。

Abstract:: Objective:To obtain the antibody level and public awareness of measles and rubella among the migrant workers in Tianjin port free trade zone for the disease control. Methods: Using random sampling method,294 migrant workers lived in the blue-collar apartment were investigated with a questionnaire and their blood samples were obtained . Results:The antibody positive rates and GMRT of measles and rubella were 95.92%,1161.7 96.6%, and 1161.796.6%, 112.3 respectively. The GMRT of measles between males and females were significantly different（t=-2.53，P=0.01）. The effective protective rate of measles （titre>1:800）were 64.97%. The migrant workers knew little about measles and rubella , and adopted very unhealthy living manners. Conclusion:To inoculate vaccine Vaccine inoculation and public education of disease among the migrant workers in this area is very important in preventing measles.
