摘要:
哮喘已经成为世界范围内最为常见的慢性呼吸道疾病,目前全球哮喘患者大约为3亿人,严重危害着人类健康。迄今为止,除了规范用药,改善生活方式成为哮喘最重要的治疗措施。传统的慢性疾病患者生活方式的干预依赖于患者定期到医院复诊随访,对患者执行力和依从性有较高要求。而借助互联网技术的数字疗法可以克服这些弊端,在哮喘患者中的应用初见成效。本文从数字疗法的背景和概念、在哮喘诊断、症状监测、用药管理中的应用以及面临的挑战等方面,对数字疗法在哮喘管理中的应用进行综述,旨在为哮喘的治疗提供参考。
