摘要:
人体内组织和器官的正常细胞在各种内外致癌因素的作用下，经过复杂的分子信号异常性演变，逐步变化为癌细胞，并逐步发展为“原发癌”。女性的生殖系统因其复杂性，往往会出现多种部位的原发癌组合，即双原发癌。女性生殖系统双原发癌种类多样，形成机制复杂，临床鉴别较为困难，给患者的有效治疗带来了诸多困难。本文就常见的几种女性生殖系统双原发癌作一综述。
