摘要:
新型冠状病毒肺炎近期在全球范围内流行,并造成部分患者发生低氧血症、呼吸衰竭、感染性休克、多脏器功能衰竭甚至死亡。氧气治疗是治疗各种原因引起的低氧血症最常用的方法,然而,氧气治疗是把双刃剑,不规范的长时间高浓度氧气治疗,可引起高氧血症,进而导致细胞功能紊乱、脏器损伤,造成医源性损害。在新型冠状病毒肺炎危重症患者的救治中,多种呼吸支持手段广泛应用的同时,高氧血症也是随之而来并极容易被忽略的一个问题。因此,规范氧气治疗、精准氧气治疗在新型冠状病毒肺炎尤其是危重症患者的救治中,应引起足够重视。
