摘要:
川崎病(KD)是一种病因未明的全身性血管炎,以心血管系统损害最为严重,未经正规治疗的患儿可发生冠状动脉损伤,早期诊断及时治疗,可降低冠状动脉损伤的发生率。血清N末端B型利钠肽(NT-proBNP)由心脏分泌,被认为在预测冠状动脉损伤方面具有较高价值,现就NT-proBNP在川崎病诊断、冠状动脉损害的意义及其参考界值的范围进行介绍。
