摘要:
多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)的临床特征主要为不孕、闭经、肥胖以及多毛等,是妇科常见的内分泌失调性疾病。目前临床上主要通过降低雄激素水平、改善胰岛素抵抗和诱发排卵等方法改善PCOS。有研究发现,经常倒班工作和跨时区飞行会导致女性生物钟紊乱,提高了生殖系统疾病发生的风险。本文从生物钟调控的角度综述了PCOS的发病机制及其药物治疗的现状,从而为运用时辰治疗学的原理改善包括PCOS在内的生殖系统疾病提供更广阔的思路。
