摘要:
目的:分析中老年牙周炎患者血脂水平与牙周指标的相关性。方法:对收集的天津市某社区321例51~88岁中老年人的一般及全身状况信息进行整理,对菌斑指数(PLI)水平、BMI指数、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)等指标与牙周探诊深度(PD)、临床附着水平(AL)、牙龈出血指数(BI)相关性进行统计分析。结果:PLI与PD及AL显著相关(P<0.01);TC与AL显著相关(P<0.05);TC与PD、BI显著相关(P<0.01);LDL-C与BI显著相关(P<0.05);HDL-C与PD(P<0.05)和BI(P<0.01)显著相关;BMI与BI、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C显著相关(P<0.05)。结论:血脂水平与牙周临床指数之间存在相关性,可能与牙周炎的发生发展有关。
Abstract:
Objective: To investigate the relationship between lipidemia level and periodontal clinical parameters in middle-aged and elderly patients with periodontitis. Methods:The general information of 321 people(aged 51~88 years) in a certain community of Tianjin were collected. Then we analyzed the correlation among plaque index (PLI), body mass index(BMI),total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) or high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) and periodontal index such as periodontal depth (PD), clinical attachment level (AL), gingival bleeding index (BI). Results: PLI was significantly correlated with PD and AL (P<0.01). TC was significantly correlated with AL(P<0.05), and TG was significantly associated with PD and BI(P<0.01), while LDL-C was significantly correlated with BI (P<0.05). HDL-C was significantly correlated with PD (P<0.05) and BI(P<0.01).BMI was significantly correlated with BI, TG, LDL-C and HDL-C (P<0.05).Conclusion:Correlation between periodontal clinic index and hyperlipidemiamay contribute to the development of periodontal inflammation.
