目的:通过数据库对ITSN1 mRNA的表达水平分析,以期能够预测乳腺癌患者的预后。方法:利用Kaplan- Meier Plotter数据库分析ITSN1 mRNA表达水平与乳腺癌患者预后的关系,GEPIA数据库分析基因ITSN1和HER2在乳腺癌中的表达。结果: ITSN1 mRNA高表达的乳腺癌总人群有更好的预后。ITSN1 mRNA的高表达预示luminal A、luminal B、HER2阴性、淋巴结阳性乳腺癌患者更长的无复发生存,以及淋巴结阴性乳腺癌患者更好的总生存。ITSN1 mRNA低表达的Her-2扩增型/阳性乳腺癌患者有更好的预后。ITSN1基因在乳腺癌中的表达低于正常乳腺组织,HER2基因在乳腺癌中的表达高于正常乳腺组织。结论:ITSN1 mRNA高表达的乳腺癌患者预后更好,ITSN1在乳腺癌中可能发挥抑癌的功能。
Abstract:
Objective: To predict the prognosis of breast cancer patients by analyzing the expression level of ITSN1 mRNA. Methods: The Kaplan-Meier Plotter database was used to analyze the relationship between ITSN1 mRNA expression and prognosis in breast cancer patients. The GEPIA database was applied to explore the expression of genes ITSN1 and HER2 in breast cancer. Results: The total population of breast cancer with high expression of ITSN1 mRNA had a better prognosis. High expression of ITSN1 mRNA predicted longer recurrence-free survival in patients with luminal A, luminal B, HER2-negative and node-positive breast cancer, and better overall survival in patients with node-negative breast cancer. Her-2 amplified/positive breast cancer patients with low ITSN1 mRNA expression had a better prognosis. The expression of ITSN1 gene in breast cancer was lower than that in normal breast tissue, and the expression of HER2 gene in breast cancer was higher than that in normal breast tissue. Conclusion: Breast cancer patients with high expression of ITSN1 mRNA have a better prognosis, and ITSN1 may play a role in tumor suppression in breast cancer.
