摘要:
胃癌是最常见的消化道恶性肿瘤,手术虽然是最主要的治疗措施,但术后并发症高发,成为临床上不容忽视的难题。针对胃癌术后并发症应以预防为主,早期诊断,早期治疗,是患者预后良好的关键。而目前一些胃癌术后并发症的危险因素尚存在争议,其术后的治疗及预防措施的有效性也需要进一步的研究证实。本综述介绍了胃癌常见的术后近期并发症,包括术后出血、吻合口瘘、十二指肠残端瘘、感染等,综述了近年来对各胃癌术后并发症的相关因素、预防及治疗的研究进展。
