胡 杨 综 述吴雄志 审 校
随着乳腺癌发病率的不断提高,寻找新的治疗靶点成为当今的研究热点。特异性蛋白转录因子1( Sp1)作为Sp/Kruppel样锌指转录因子家族中的一员,已被证明能够调节多种与乳腺癌生长和转移相关的癌基因的表达。笔者将围绕Sp1的结构特点以及其在乳腺癌发生发展中的分子机制进行综述,为寻找乳腺癌新的治疗方式提供理论依据。
