摘要:

目的:探讨冠心病合并糖尿病患者血清心肌锚定重复蛋白（CARP）水平和冠脉病变的关系。方法:选择住院并接受冠脉造影的患者147例，其中正常对照组（A组）33例，单纯冠心病组（B组）51例，冠心病合并糖尿病组（C组）63例，测定血清CARP、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)水平，冠脉造影计算Gensini评分，探究CARP与它们的相关性。结果:冠心病合并糖尿病组血清CARP水平（24.39±8.31）较单纯冠心病组（14.31±7.77）及对照组（7.90±4.29）明显升高，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05,P<0.01）；单纯冠心病组（r=0.670,P<0.01）及冠心病合并糖尿病组（r=0.732,P<0.01）血清CARP水平与Gensini评分均呈正相关；冠心病合并糖尿病组血清CARP水平与HbA1c（r=0.590,P<0.05）呈正相关。结论:（1）血清CARP有望成为冠心病合并糖尿病患者冠脉病变严重程度的新型预测标志物。（2）冠心病合并糖尿病患者血清CARP水平与HbAlc呈正相关。

Abstract:

Objective: To investigate serum cardiac ankyrin repeat protein （CARP） level in patients with coronary heart disease combined with diabetes and its relationship with the severity of coronary artery lesion. Methods: One hundred and forty-seven patients underwent coronary angiography were selected.After that they were divided into three groups:33 cases of control group(group A), 51 cases of simple coronary heart disease group(group B),63 cases of coronary heart disease with diabetes group(group C). The levels of serum CARP, HbA1c were determined.The extent of coronary lesions Gensini scores were calculated. Correlations between CARP and these indicators were analyzed.Results: The serum level of CARP in group C （24.39±8.31）was significantly higher than group B （14.31±7.77）and group A（7.90±4.29）. The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05,P<0.01). Serum CARP level was positively correlated with the Gensini score in group B and group C.The serum levels of CARP in group C were positively correlated with the level of HbAl．Conclusion:(1) Serum CARP is expected to be a new predictive marker of coronary artery disease severity in patients with coronary heart disease and diabetes mellitus.(2) Serum CARP level of group C is（改为may be） positively correlated with HbAlc levels.
