摘要:

目的:探讨肠内营养支持对食管癌术后化疗病人的临床作用及效果。方法:将84例接受术后辅助化疗的食管癌患者分为2组,分别为肠内营养(EN)组和对照组,肠内营养组在日常饮食习惯的基础上联合空肠造瘘管肠内营养支持治疗,对照组按日常饮食习惯经口进食,监测两组患者化疗期间的营养状态、生化指标及化疗相关毒副反应的发生情况。结果:EN组和对照组相比,营养状态明显改善,血浆白蛋白等明显升高,白细胞及中性粒细胞减少发生率显著降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),不良反应如顽固性呕吐、腹泻、口腔炎的发生率无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:食管癌患者术后化疗期间接受肠内营养支持较摄入普通饮食能够更有效的改善营养状态,减少化疗相关毒性反应的发生,提高患者的生存质量。
