摘要:
目的:分析糖尿病母亲婴儿振幅整合脑电图(aEEG)特点,探究aEEG在评价糖尿病母亲婴儿脑发育和脑功能中的意义。方法:选取121名糖尿病母亲婴儿做试验组(IDMS组),并随机选出80名非糖尿病母亲婴儿做对照组(非IDMS组),依据胎龄分4组:<34周组、34~36+6周组、37~40周组、>40周组。患儿生后3 d内进行aEEG监测。分析比较各组aEEG的连续电压出现率、睡眠周期出现率、下边缘振幅值、波谱带宽度的特点。结果:在糖尿病母亲婴儿与非糖尿病母亲婴儿中均表现为随着胎龄增加连续电压出现率、睡眠周期出现率、下边缘振幅值及波谱带宽度趋于成熟的特点(P<0.05)。各胎龄组糖尿病母亲婴儿的连续电压出现率、睡眠周期出现率、下边缘振幅值均小于非糖尿病母亲婴儿(P<0.05);各胎龄组糖尿病母亲婴儿波谱带的宽度均大于非糖尿病母亲婴儿(P<0.05)。结论:糖尿病母亲婴儿脑功能发育成熟度较非糖尿病母亲婴儿落后。aEEG有助于评价糖尿病母亲婴儿脑成熟度,具有重要的临床应用价值。
Abstract:
Objective: To study Ampulitude integrated electroencephalogram (aEEG) characteristics of infants of diabetic mothers and to explore the diagnostic value of aEEG in maturity of the infants’ brain. Methods: One hundred and twenty one infants of diabetic mother born in department of neonatology, Tianjin Central Hospital of Gynecology Obstetrics were recruited as subjects from January 2015 to December2015.The infants of were experimental group,and the number of 80 infants of no-diabetic mothers were control group. The infants of diabetic mothers were divided into 4 groups according to their gestational age(<34week,34~36+6 week、37~40 week、>40 week). All the aEEG recordings were continuously monitored within 72 hours after brith. The occurrence rate of continuity voltage ,the sleep-wake cycle, low bound voltage and the width of amplitude were analyzed. Results: The percentage of continuity voltage ,the sleep-wake cycle,low bound voltage and the width of amplitude of all infants were matured along with gestational age. The percentage of continuity voltage, the sleep-wake cycle, low bound voltage of IDMS of infants in each group were less than no-IDMS; The width of amplitude of IDMS of infants of each group wider than no-IDMS. Conclusion: The brain development of infants of diabetic mother are delayed compared with no-IDMS infants. aEEG contributes to the maturity of brain of infants of diabetic mothers.
