摘要:
目的：探讨索利那新联合三联药物膀胱灌注治疗间质性膀胱炎的临床有效性及安全性。方法：回顾性研究61例患者资料。均采用麻醉下行经尿道膀胱镜水扩张术后，行膀胱灌注三联药物混合溶液（肝素2.5万+2%利多卡因10 mL +5%碳酸氢钠10 mL+ +0.9%氯化钠溶液30 mL，共约50 mL），保留1后自行排出每周1次，共2月。除外，给予口服索利那新5 mg，，共2。分别于治疗前及治疗后1、2月对盆腔疼痛及尿频评分(PUF)、O’Leary-Sant IC症状评分 （ICSI） 及问题评分 （ICPI）标准、平均排尿次数、最大膀胱容量等相关指标进行评价，记录排尿日记与不良反应。结果：58例患者完成治疗，3例因反复泌尿系感染、无法耐受膀胱灌药等原因中止治疗。1、2月治疗后相关指标与治疗前相比，均有改善，并具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：索利那新联合膀胱水扩张和膀胱灌注是治疗的有效、安全的疗法。
