摘要:
泌尿系结石的治疗方法有口服药物治疗、体外冲击波碎石、输尿管镜取石、经皮肾镜取石术、腹腔镜手术取石、开放手术取石等。技术的进步使微创手术的适用范围越来越广泛，输尿管镜取石术的适用范围不再局限于＜2 cm的结石，而经皮肾镜取石术逐渐向微通道以及超微通道发展，以减少手术创伤。对于2～4 cm的上尿路结石，输尿管软镜取石术可能是经皮肾镜取石术的替代疗法，对结石的疗效较好，并发症在可接受范围。但是需要进一步大规模、良好开展的随机对照试验来验证。
