摘要:
黏膜相关恒定T细胞(MAIT)是一种表达半恒定T细胞受体的固有类免疫T细胞,它在人体抵御病原微生物感染、炎症性疾病、自身免疫性疾病的病理过程中扮演重要角色。糖尿病的致病主要是自身免疫、胰岛素抵抗等最终导致胰岛β细胞功能衰竭,胰岛素分泌绝对及相对不足。MAIT细胞在正常情况下对维持肠道黏膜稳态起重要作用,在糖尿病中,MAIT细胞被不适当激活,可迁移至胰岛组织释放细胞因子杀伤胰岛β细胞,同时可以激活细胞免疫过程。在2型糖尿病中,MAIT细胞还可迁移到脂肪组织中,引起脂肪组织的慢性炎症。同时MAIT细胞与肠道菌群密切相关。
