摘要:
目的：探讨快速康复外科理念（ ERAS）在胃食管反流患者术中的临床应用效果。方法：选择入院需做腹腔镜下胃底折叠术的患者106例，随机分为 ERAS组 和对照组（每组53例）；在围手术期，ERAS组采用快速康复外科理念指导下的新型治疗方案，对照组采用传统治疗方案。比较两组术后康复情况（术后肠鸣音恢复时间、首次排气排便时间、住院时间、住院费用及并发症）。结果：ERAS组患者术后肠鸣音恢复时间、肠道排气时间、住院时间、住院费用都少于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。两组术后并发症发生率相比较差异不具有统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论：将ERAS应用于腹腔镜下胃底折叠术可以加速患者术后康复，减少术后并发症，缩短住院时间，提高患者的生活质量 。
