摘要:
目的：探讨T淋巴细胞亚群检测对成人传染性单核细胞增多症（IM）的意义。方法：应用流式细胞术检测62例IM患者急性期T淋巴细胞亚群CD3+、CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+的细胞表达率，并与40例健康成人进行对照比较。结果：IM组患者CD3+T、CD8+T细胞表达率高于对照组（P<0.05），CD4+T细胞表达率、CD4+/CD8+比例低于对照组（P<0.01），差异具有统计学意义。结论：IM患者存在细胞免疫失调，T淋巴细胞亚群检测对评估IM患者免疫状态，指导治疗具有临床意义。
