摘要:
囊周神经群（PENG）阻滞是一种超声引导的新型区域麻醉技术。该技术随髋关节囊周神经群解剖学的发展应运而生，用于阻断支配髋关节前囊的神经分支，从而发挥镇痛作用，有效缓解髋关节疼痛。PENG阻滞对患者体位要求相对宽松，简单易行，效果显著，并可保持患肢的运动功能，不良反应少，可减少围术期阿片类药物的使用，有利于患者快速康复。目前，PENG阻滞的适应证还在不断扩展和探索中，随着对其认识的逐渐加深，该项技术的应用会日臻完善。
