摘要:
囊周神经群(PENG)阻滞是一种超声引导的新型区域麻醉技术。该技术随髋关节囊周神经群解剖学的发展应运而生,用于阻断支配髋关节前囊的神经分支,从而发挥镇痛作用,有效缓解髋关节疼痛。PENG阻滞对患者体位要求相对宽松,简单易行,效果显著,并可保持患肢的运动功能,不良反应少,可减少围术期阿片类药物的使用,有利于患者快速康复。目前,PENG阻滞的适应证还在不断扩展和探索中,随着对其认识的逐渐加深,该项技术的应用会日臻完善。
