摘要:
子宫静脉内平滑肌瘤病(IVL)是一种罕见的组织学上良性的平滑肌肿瘤,但因其对静脉系统的侵袭特性而具有一定的生物学恶性。多数学者认为IVL通常起源于子宫,可沿静脉系统延伸至下腔静脉、右心,甚至肺动脉,严重时可危及生命。IVL的早期临床表现及影像学表现不典型,且发病机制尚不清楚,极易误诊或漏诊。
