摘要:
目的:采用HPLC法建立同时测定蓝桉果实一口钟中两种marocarpal型成分marocarpal A和marocarpal B的含量。方法:采用Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18(4.6 mm×150 mm, 5 μm)色谱柱,以乙腈∶水∶甲酸(66 :34:1‰)为流动相;流速1.0 mL/min;柱温为35 ℃;检测波长为 280 nm;进样量10 μL。结果: marocarpal A在0.125 6~2.512 0 μg范围内,marocarpal B在0.101 4~2.028 0 μg范围内呈现良好的线性 关系,marocarpal A的平均回收率为97.61%,RSD为1.94%(n=9),marocarpal B的平均回收率为100.40%,RSD 为1.91%(n=9)。结论:该方法专属性强,重复性好、稳定、可控,可为蓝桉果实一口钟药材的质量评价与控 制提供参考。
Abstract:
Objective: To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of the content of two active components of marocarpal A and marocarpal B in the fruits of Eucalyptus globulus Yikouzhong by HPLC. Methods: Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18(4.6 mm×150 mm,5 μm) chromatographic column,with acetonitrile: water:formic acid(66:34:1‰)as the mobile phase; flow rate 1.0 mL/min; column temperature 35℃; detection wave length 280 nm; injection volume 10 μL was used. Results: Marocarpal A in the range of 0.125 6-2.512 0 μg and marocarpal B in the range of 0.101 4-2.028 0 μg were showed a good linear relationship. The average recovery rate of marocarpal A was 97.61%,the RSD was 1.94%(n=9),and the average recovery rate of marocarpal B is 100.40%, the RSD was 1.91%(n=9). Conclusion: This method is highly specific,reproducible,stable and controllable,and can provide a reference for the quality evaluation and control of thefruits of Eucalyptus globulus Yikouzhong medicinal materials.
