摘要:
目的:研究磷脂复合物改善阿司匹林对大鼠胃肠道刺激性的作用。方法:取健康雄性SD大鼠,分为4组,每组10只,分别给予生理盐水、阿司匹林片剂、阿司匹林磷脂复合物和阿司匹林磷脂复合物胶囊。实验前大鼠禁食12 h,每日灌胃1次,连续给药(300 mg/kg)14 d,14 d后颈椎脱臼法处死动物并解剖取胃,进行HE染色制作病理组织切片,观察胃部损伤情况。结果:阿司匹林磷脂复合物组的胃组织无明显病变,其胃损伤情况明显低于阿司匹林普通片剂组(P<0.05)。结论:磷脂复合物能有效改善阿司匹林对胃肠道的刺激性。
Abstract:
Objective: To study the effect of phospholipid complex on alleviating aspirin induced gastrointestinal irritant in rats. Methods:Forty healthy male SD rats were randomly divided into four groups and respectively given the normal saline, aspirin tablets, aspirin phospholipid complex and aspirin phospholipid complex capsules. After 12 hours of fasting, the rats were administered an oral dose of aspirin (300 mg/kg body weight) for 14 days. The animals were sacrificed via cervical decapitation, and the stomach was dissected. HE staining was performed on pathological tissue section to observe the injury to the stomach. Results:There was no obvious lesion in the gastric tissue of aspirin phospholipid complex, and the gastric damaging effect of aspirin was found significantly lower in the group of the animal with aspirin phospholipid complex than with aspirin tablets. Conclusion:The aspirin phospholipid complex can effectively reduce the gastrointestinal irritation induced by aspirin and has excellent gastric protective effect.
