摘要:
妊娠是一个炎症反应过程，过度激活的炎症反应与多种病理妊娠相关。脂氧素兼具抗炎及促进炎症消退作用，是花生四烯酸的代谢产物。目前研究最活跃的为脂氧素A4（LXA4），其与甲酸基肽受体2（FPR2）结合发挥作用。研究LXA4及其受体在不同母胎组织中的表达水平，可能为相关病理妊娠的预测及治疗提供新的依据。
