摘要:
目的：探讨使用不同根管通畅锉系统预备弯曲根管术后发生诊间疼痛的情况。方法：选取急性牙髓炎患者60例，通过根尖X线片确定根管弯曲程度，随机分为3组：K锉组，PathFile组，M-Path组。K锉组使用ISO标准K锉逐渐疏通根管至20#；PathFile组和M-Path组分别疏通根管从13#至19#。随后3组分别使用M3机用镍钛根管预备系统行逐步深入法根管预备。采用视觉模拟评分（VAS）量表记录患者术后当天、术后第1天、术后第2天的患牙疼痛情况。1周后使用热牙胶充填系统进行根管充填，根尖X线片观察根充效果。结果： PathFile组和M-Path组VAS评分显著低于K锉组（P<0.05）。结论：PathFile根管预备系统及M-Path系统能显著降低弯曲根管预备后的疼痛反应。
