摘要:
由于椎体骨髓炎的发病率较低，且其临床表现往往非特异性，加之沙门菌感染的隐匿性、临床表现的多样性以及血培养可能出现假阴性的情况，这些因素均可能导致漏诊和误诊。本文报道了两例由沙门菌感染引起的菌血症及椎体骨髓炎病例，并对其易感因素、发病特点、血培养采集时机、影像学表现及治疗效果进行了比较。通过回顾相关文献，分析沙门菌椎体骨髓炎的诊断要点、影像学特征及治疗选择，以提高临床诊疗能力，减轻患者痛苦。
