摘要:
NTRK重排梭形细胞肿瘤(NTRK-RSCNs)是一类以NTRK基因融合为分子学特征的软组织肿瘤,多发生于人体四肢、躯干浅表或深部软组织,少数发生于胃肠道,常以肠梗阻、肠道穿孔为表现就诊。本文报道了1例以肠道肿物继发肠套叠就诊的病例,最终行手术切除肿物,病理确诊为NTRK重排间叶源性肿瘤。对该病例的诊治进行分析和总结,可为该病的诊断和治疗提供更多帮助。对于儿童肠道浸润性生长的肿物需完整切除,结合病理明确诊断,早期治疗,以期提高患者的预后。
