摘要:
完全腔镜甲状腺手术为甲状腺患者提供了一种可以兼顾治病和美容的选择,目前完全腔镜甲状腺手术已发展了多种入路方式,包括胸前入路、经口腔前庭入路、经腋窝入路、机器人腔镜甲状腺手术,并且与开放式甲状腺手术相比具有诸多优势,甲状旁腺功能减退、围手术期出血、喉返神经损伤、术后疤痕、吞咽功能损伤的发生率更低。本文就完全腔镜甲状腺手术的不同术式及对机体的创伤简要叙述,以期促进完全腔镜甲状腺手术的发展,造福更多患者。
