摘要:
肠道微生物(GM)参与人体代谢及免疫调节等许多生理过程,如营养物质的代谢、免疫系统的刺激和调节,抵御病原体和维持肠道屏障等。GM与眼部疾病的关系及机制也存在关联性,许多研究表明GM对眼表具有影响,参与眼表疾病如眼睑病、泪器病、干眼症、结膜炎、角膜炎的发生,通过对发病机制的探讨,为未来转化研究提供了思路。
