摘要:
有症状不可复性牙髓炎是一类病变较严重的牙髓炎症，病变可发生于牙髓的某一局部，也可能涉及全部牙髓，既往的治疗方式为摘除全部牙髓以去除病变。然而近年来随着微创牙科学和活髓保存治疗理念的发展，许多文献报道活髓切断术成为有症状不可复性牙髓炎继根管治疗之后的另一种治疗选择。现就因深龋导致的有症状不可复性牙髓炎的龋损内的微生物组成和分布特点，活髓保存治疗的疗效和麻醉效果进行综述。
