摘要:
痴呆是器质性脑病引起的一组以认知功能丧失为特征的临床综合征，在老年人群高发，我国患者总数达1 000万以上。痴呆不仅严重损害患者的身心健康，对患者家属也会造成沉重的经济和心理负担。目前，痴呆尚无特效治疗手段，精神类药物仅能在一定程度上控制症状，长期服用会造成较多的副作用。音乐疗法作为一种非药物的干预措施，通过轻松、愉快的方法改变患者的生活环境和生活方式，稳定患者情绪，起到很好的辅助治疗作用。本文检索全世界有关音乐疗法的文献，对这种疗法的概念、类型、机制、治疗作用和实施措施等方面内容进行综述，为音乐疗法在我国痴呆治疗工作中的开展提供理论依据和现实参考。
