摘要:
目的：探讨非空腹血脂检测在住院心血管疾病患者中开展的可行性。方法：选取2017年1-8月在天津医科大学第二医院心脏科住院的588名患者，分别采集患者的空腹和非空腹状态下血液样本，同时测定血浆三酰甘油（TG）、总胆固醇（TC）、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL-C）和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL-C）水平，两次检测的结果采用Wilcoxon符号秩检验法进行对比。结果：与空腹结果相比，非空腹TG 升高0.47 mmol/L（43.7％），HDL-C升高0.03 mmol/L（1.0％），LDL-C 降低0.06 mmol/L（2.0％），差异均有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。而ＴＣ 升高0.01 mmol/L和non-HDL-C降低0.02 mmol/L，差异无统计学意义。结论：除TG外，非空腹TC、HDL-C、LDL-C与空腹状态相比变化微小，可以代替空腹血脂检测作为心血管疾病住院患者血脂谱的检测方法。
