摘要:
目的：探讨经鼻肠梗阻导管联合液体石蜡治疗术后粘连性小肠梗阻的治疗效果。方法：选择获得明确诊断的粘连性小肠梗阻患者112例作为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分成2组，分别定义为对照组和观察组，两组均给予经鼻肠梗阻导管治疗，观察组同时给予液体石蜡经肠梗阻导管注入，观察两组患者腹痛缓解时间、肛门恢复排气时间、立位腹平片气液平消失时间、住院总时间、总有效率等指标。结果：所有患者均按要求置管成功。经鼻肠梗阻导管联合液体石蜡组患者腹胀腹痛等腹部症状缓解时间、肛门排气时间、气液平消失时间、住院时间均明显缩短，降低了中转手术率，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：经鼻肠梗阻导管联合液体石蜡治疗术后粘连性小肠梗阻的临床效果显著 。
