摘要:
急性肾损伤(?AKI)是临床常见疾病,特别是危重病人,其发病率和死亡率均较高。AKI的病理生理过程复杂,涉及多种途径,包括炎症、细胞的自噬、细胞周期的变化和氧化应激等。最近的证据表明对肾脏的单一严重损伤可导致慢性肾脏病的发生,因此,必须及时有效的治疗AKI。在这篇综述中,有证据表明血红素加氧酶1(heme oxygenase 1,HO-1)在动物AKI模型中的保护效应。HO-1调节氧化应激、细胞自噬和炎症,并通过直接和间接机制调节细胞周期的进程。
