摘要:
目的： 观察阿戈美拉汀对肠易激综合征（IBS）的临床疗效 。方法： 按照罗马Ⅲ诊断标准选择96例肠易激综合征的患者，随机分成研究组和对照组，均采用马来酸曲美布汀治疗，研究组加用阿戈美拉汀片，均治疗6周，分别于治疗前和治疗后1、2、4、6周评定IBS主要胃肠道症状、排便频率、粪便性状以及汉密尓顿抑郁量表24项（HAMD-24）、汉密尔顿焦虑量表（HAMA）、匹兹堡睡眠指数（PSQI）。 结果 ：96例患者完成研究，胃肠道主要症状、HAMD、和HAMA评分均明显减低，治疗前后差异有显著性(P<0．05)。研究组对胃肠道症状的治疗总有效率为93.7%，显著高于对照组（68.7%）。研究组抑郁、焦虑及睡眠状况在1周后明显改善，各项观察指标评分呈逐周下降趋势，同时期研究组疗效优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P<0．05)。结论： 阿戈美拉汀合并马来酸曲美布汀能明显改善胃肠道症状，改善患者焦虑、抑郁情绪以及昼夜节律，效果优于单纯应用马来酸曲美布汀。
