摘要:
目的：探讨输尿管双J管联合输尿管导管在输尿管软镜手术中的应用及意义。方法：对经过输尿管软镜手术治疗的172例肾结石患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析，其中129例患者术后联合留置输尿管双J管和输尿管导管，43例患者单留置输尿管双J管。结果：经输尿管软镜手术治疗术后联合留置输尿管双J管和输尿管导管的患者中，113（87.60%）例结石排净，16（12.40%）例出现发热感染，11（8.52%）例出现膀胱刺激、腰痛的临床症状；12例患者平均术后住院时间2～3 d。经输尿管软镜手术治疗术后单留置输尿管双J管的患者中，28（65.10%）例术后结石排净，16（37.07%）例出现发热感染，7（16.27%）例出现膀胱刺激、腰痛的临床症状；43例患者平均术后住院时间3～4 d。两组数据比较，P <0.05 。结论：输尿管软镜治疗肾结石术后留置输尿管双J管和输尿管导管可有效预防术后感染，明显缓解肾积水，提高排石率。
