摘要:
目的:探讨小视野锥形束CT(CBCT)在根折早期诊断中的应用价值。方法:对42例临床因疑似根折早期而行小视野CBCT检查的患者的影像学资料作回顾性分析。结果:诊断为无根折且6个月后随访无异常8例;诊断为根折34例,其中根尖1/3折断行保守治疗后无异常22例,根中1/3折断拔牙后证实确为根折12例。结论:小视野CBCT在根折早期的诊断中更显优势,具有较高的临床应用前景。
